please do the following upon check out
- Turn off heater
- Turn off all lights, lamps, TV
- Unplug all space heaters
- Make sure no candles lit
- Strip any used beds (sheets and pillowcases), leave stripped bedding on top of bed.
- Wash and put away all dishes
- Clean out coffee pot
- Take out all trash, including bathrooms (bins are out front)
- Make sure outside firewood is covered
- Front lounge chairs/ fire place put away/ covered if used.
- Shed locked, TV, everything turned off.
- Front door locked- put key back in lockbox
Useful info
- There is a WiFi tap box on table on right side of kitchen with network and password
- Firewood should be placed at back of fireplace. Sometimes the smoke comes out the front if the wood is forward
- There is a small fire torch to light fire
- We have small space heaters in all rooms if needed
- Lockbox is located on left side of house above breaker box
